PLEASE NOTE

• We have the right to refuse to include or withdraw animals from encounters if we feel that it is beneficial for the animals welfare. We also have the right to end your booking early if the animals are being mistreated, or safe handling instructions are being ignored. 
• Not all animals are suitable for handling, some will be brought for observation/education only.                                                    NOTE: we do not handle any tarantulas as it is extremely hazardous to their health. They do not "get used" to be handled and it can be, quite literally, life threatening (for the tarantula) to handle them.
• Some of our animals eat things such as nuts, eggs, and dairy, please be aware that while the animals generally will not be given any of these items at events, it is possible that there could be trace amounts found in their fur/scales!
• We usually bring at least one fluffy with us, please check with your guests if this could affect their allergies!
• ALL bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit paid in advance to secure the time and date.
• For the welfare of the animals only children aged 5 and up will be allowed to handle. Children under 5 are welcome to meet and interact with the animals, but will not be allowed to independently handle.
• Some bookings may incur a travel cost. This is charged at 50p per mile outside of a 10 mile radius of CH8.
• While every care and attention will be taken to ensure that it doesn't happen, we cannot accept responsibility for any bites/scratches, particularly if safe handling advice is ignored.
• Our animals can sometimes have little accidents, so please be aware that there is a chance that they could wee or poop! We will always have equipment to clean up after them if they do!
